    společnost s ručením omezeným (s. r.o.) = limited liability company, Ltd. v americké angličtině Inc.
    jednatel (firmy) = executive director/manager
    hlavní (obchodní) jednatel = agent-general
    společník = (business) partner (je i "silent/sleeping partner" -)
